The Graduate Center for Inclusive Mentoring (GCIM) faculty listed below support best practices for mentoring through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, and they prioritize mentoring support for marginalized students.
Faculty have been trained and certified through the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER) or via GCIM’s Mentor Well Series. CIMER trained faculty facilitate and lead mentor trainings for faculty and graduate students in their colleges, and special academic units.
