Hosting a resource table

Request to host a resource/information table

Complete the form below by October 27 to reserve OR decline tabling space during the GradShow on November 15. Because table space is limited, please let us know as early as possible if you will not use the space so it can be offered to another group. 

  • Tabling space is located across from the Lory Student Center Ballrooms and near the student check-in area. 
  • Tables should be staffed from at least 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and may optionally be staffed until 12:30: p.m.  
  • A table, two chairs and a table skirt will be provided. 
  • Set up tables beginning at 8:30 a.m. 
  • Table breakdown is at 1:00 p.m.
  • Continental breakfast at 9:00 a.m. in Grand Ballroom. 

Please confirm your interest in hosting a table at the Gradshow on Nov. 15. Promptly accepting or declining the space will allow us to offer the very limited tabling space to another group as soon as possible.(Required)
