As the Spring 2020 semester resumes, please know that the Graduate School is here to support you. We understand that these are uncertain times and that you may have questions or concerns you would like addressed about your degree completion. The Graduate School is launching a virtual chat session open to all graduate students during the Spring 2020 semester.

GRAD Virtual Hour with the Associate Dean
Dr. Colleen Webb, Associate Dean of the Graduate School, will join Sandy Dailey from the Graduate School’s operations team to host chat sessions in Microsoft Teams. Sessions are open to graduate students, faculty, and graduate coordinators.

New to Microsoft Teams? Follow the instructions below to join the session 

As a Graduate Student at CSU, you have an account with Microsoft Teams as part of the Office 365 suite of tools. To log in, sign in with your CSU eID email alias and password. This is different than your first.last email alias. The format for your eID email alias is ename@colostate.edu. After entering your eID email, choose “Next” and enter your normal eID password then choose, “Sign in.”

Microsoft Teams can be used from your web browser on your computer without any additional software required. Additionally, apps are available for various computer and smart phone systems. If you prefer to use a Teams app, it can be downloaded from the Microsoft Teams downloads page.
