Infectious disease burden is influenced by factors like climate, poverty, war, immigration, and more. Students in this certificate program will explore the intersection of social factors and infectious disease historically and currently as well as develop skills to address these factors via research and community engagement. A variety of elective options enables students to personalize their certificate program to explore areas of interest.
