Summer graduates names are automatically printed in the Fall Commencement Program. Some students wish to participate and celebrate in the Spring Ceremony. Below are the requirements and instructions for summer graduates to have their name printed in the Spring Commencement Program:
Step 1 – Apply to Graduate for Summer by Deadline in the Spring
To apply to graduate, submit the GS25 Application for Graduation (students applying to graduate for the first time) or Reapplication for Graduation (students who have applied to graduate for a previous term).
Step 2 – Approved GS6 Program of Study by Deadline in the Spring
If you do not have an approved GS6 Program of Study on file at the Graduate School, submit your completed, and signed GS6 form to the Graduate School prior to the spring deadline in March.
